The book includes a CD witch is extremely helpful to make documents for planning how to deal with behaviors and create signs, tickets, and posters for classroom. I have mine done for the 2013-14 year and I am ready to go

I've been teaching for 20+ years, and this is one of the few items I've seen in recent years that actually made me sit up and take notice. The advice and techniques are organized and very doable. The only thing to keep in mind is that this is not a "quick" fix. The program may take 3-5 years to truly run smoothly school-wide.

Helpful for new teachers

This is a very structured program but it is very good for teachers still needing help designing their management system. It has some great advice, but I wish I had read the product description more closely because mine did not come with a CD as I had hoped. Since this was a seller issue I did not include it in my rating because I thought the book itself was great.
